Nevada has become the latest state to say no to an assisted suicide bill. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that a doctor-prescribed suicide bill will not be heard in the Nevada state legislature. The assisted suicide bill will die without a hearing. Only a handful of states have legalized assisted suicide, indicating that such measures, when introduced in a state legislature, do not generally have widespread legislative support.
